is it a seizure?

i've had two of those weird pauses this morning, they've been called "seizures" but i don't know if i would consider them that severe. it's like my brain just pauses and i can't do anything for a few seconds, my mom was in the living room looking at me when i just paused and she asked me what was wrong, when i snapped out of it i just said that i had a pause. i also had a pause when i was lying in bed this morning at about 4:56 am. i haven't told my grandma about them because she might tell someone and they'll put me on those stupid seizure pills again. the seizure pills make me sleepy because they're supposed to slow my brain down, so that i don't have seizures. -i just thought of this: maybe this is my brain's way of waking up or repairing itself?
i'm watching sunday football on fox right now, the vikes don't play til tommorow but i'll probably watch whatever game is on because i'm bored.
